JACK AND HIS BUSTED UP IPHONE

So Jack comes in today..
phones busted up pretty bad.. like you can’t see the screen just rainbows.. he be like.. my phone don’t work no more.
So Gadgetman says to him, ‘how do you think you would feel looking like that.. you probably wouldn’t be working to well either..’
Jack responds.. SHATTERED.. we get a little crowd going..
Jack is a real Card.. and we be having lots of fun..
2 hours later Jack has to go back to work..
(his phone was done in less than 15 minutes)

So in an absolute first we had a customer today who was really unhappy we were able to fix her phone and save all here photos and contacts… after much chatting turns out she took her phone into a store in Surfers (which are family of hers) and they told her phone was dead never to work again and all photos and contacts are lost. Luckily her neighbour told her go see Gadget Hospital.. When we gave her the news we had over 2900 photos and all her contacts she was not happy.. Makes us wonder how many other people are being told their devices are DEAD..

OHHH and in another first today we walked past one of our competitor stores today, saw a technician watching a video while trying to repair a phone.. HOW SCARY and sad for the poor customers. If a repairer is watching a video, using a chart or diagram,grab your phone and RUN..
